Bruno has over 38 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including 28 years in the corrections sector. As Finance Director, he is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, governance and compliance, ensuring transparent reporting, effective budget management and the delivery of strong financial performance across GEO’s operations.

Healthcare Director

David Grace PSM

David is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and was awarded a Public Service Medal in 2000 for outstanding public service to community health through hospital administration. David first joined GEO in 2017 to commission health services at Ravenhall Correctional Centre.

In 2022, David led the team that developed GEO’s successful submission for the provision of health services in Victoria’s men’s public prisons resulting in the creation of GEO Healthcare. As the Healthcare Director, David is responsible for providing leadership, direction and expert advice in relation to GEO’s primary health and sub-acute health service delivery.

Rod has over 30 years’ experience leading legal, contract, policy and industrial relations functions across the private sector. As Legal Director, Rod provides strategic leadership and oversight for GEOs operating contract, risk mitigation strategies, industrial relations framework and quality assurance system, supporting the delivery of efficient, effective and compliant services.

Natalie Greenfield

Operations Director

Natalie has over 30 years’ operational experience in the corrections industry. Before joining The GEO Group Australia, Natalie worked 28 years with Corrective Services NSW, holding senior leadership roles across various areas including correctional centre management, security intelligence, compliance and investigations. As Operations Director she is responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operations across all GEO managed Correctional Centres.

Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience leading people, culture, and safety functions across the public, health, and science sectors. As Human Resources Director, she is responsible for driving strategies that attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce, ensuring effective people management, organisational capability and the delivery of safe, inclusive, and high-performance workplaces across GEO’s correctional services.
