Frank has over 20 years’ correctional experience working across a wide range of GEO’s key commercial functions.

Bruno has over 38 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including 28 years in the corrections sector. As Finance Director, he is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, governance and compliance, ensuring transparent reporting, effective budget management and the delivery of strong financial performance across GEO’s operations.

Jason McLennan is an experienced General Counsel and executive leader with over two decades of experience across private practice and multinational organisations. Throughout his career, he has led legal, compliance, risk and governance functions, supporting business growth while navigating complex regulatory and stakeholder environments.

As Legal Director, Jason is responsible for the governance frameworks that underpin GEO Australia’s operations, leading the organisation’s legal, industrial relations, risk, compliance and quality assurance functions. He provides strategic leadership across a broad portfolio that supports the organisation’s contractual obligations, regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. His responsibilities encompass legal affairs, employment relations, dispute resolution and enterprise risk management, together with oversight of quality and risk systems that help to ensure GEO delivers its services with operational excellence and integrity.

Natalie has over 30 years’ operational experience in the corrections industry. Before joining The GEO Group Australia, Natalie worked 28 years with Corrective Services NSW, holding senior leadership roles across various areas including correctional centre management, security intelligence, compliance and investigations. As Operations Director she is responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operations across all GEO managed Correctional Centres.
