Managing Director
Pieter has over fifteen years’ correctional experience as the Managing Director of The GEO Group Australia and manages the contracts of four prisons across Australia.
Kim Blinkhorn
Director, Governance and Continuous Improvement
Kim is responsible for ensuring effective governance for The GEO Group Australia’s operations, including contract compliance and performance against each of its contracts. Kim also has oversight of the work of the Office of Professional Integrity and leads the workplace health and safety portfolio.
Dr Frank Thorn
Commercial Director
As Commercial Director of The GEO Group Australia, Frank is responsible for the human resources, administrative and financial functions, including statutory reporting, budgeting, company secretarial, information technology and payroll.
Dom Karauria
Director, Correctional Services
As of Director Correctional Services, Dom is responsible for operational oversight of GEO’s correctional centres, security, safety, reporting and prisoner management.
Dr Fiona Murphy
National Director, Rehabilitation and Reintegration
BA (Honours), DPsych (Forensic)
As The GEO Group Australia’s Director, Rehabilitation and Reintegration, Fiona is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation and evaluation of GEO’s Continuum of Care model. She ensures all GEO programs and services are evidence-based and align with best practice, contribute to enhanced community reintegration outcomes and a reduction in recidivism.
